the location is fantastic! the staff are super responsive. free bottled water was replenished daily, which i appreciated. plus, the room had tea bags and coffee pods, so convenient.
the hallways seemed to need an update, the carpeting looked a bit worn

the breakfast options included tasty and diverse choices. the location was convenient near shops trains and taxis. the hotel was very nice and neat i especially appreciated that.
the hotel charged 45 euro for a two-hour extension to our check-out time i found this disappointing. i asked for a late check-out but i was not told i would be charged. we did not end up needing it.
